Oh, Uncle Jesse

During the Australian leg of an E.R. promotional tour, John Stamos reportedly slurred and insulted his way through two media interviews -- and was then sent home.
He first spoke with the Daily Telegraph and could barely string two words together as he talked about the Olsen twins: "It was interesting the time they were going through some of their issues, um, certainly Mary-Kate....I was getting divorced, so, um, I think Ashley was kind of alone, and, um... at a beach house, and she came down to stay with me... but, um, I think they're doing really well now..."
John blamed the odd behavior on jet lag, but then proceeded to behave strangely again the next day during an appearance on a morning show. He reportedly had an outburst when the hostess asked about his “tired and emotional condition," insulting her outfit and, most entertainingly of all, "inappropriately" gyrating around with a studio prop.
John capped off the interview by comparing himself to Elvis Presley and Princess Diana, and quipped: "Who else has died? My career after coming to Australia."
All other interviews were then promptly canceled and John was put on a plane back to the United States.
Ed. note: Holy Candy substance abuse experts (for which I frequently do first-hand research) suspect that Uncle Jesse was not, in fact, jet-lagged, but rather suffering from an overdose of Paul Mitchell Extra Body Hairspray fumes. Very dangerous, indeed.
