Short hair is sweeping the nation, people — and this is not a good thing! Not for me, at least. Sure, it may look sassy on others, but when I cut my thick, wavy hair, it transforms into what those in the business call “a horrific mushroom head.” Okay, those in the business may not call it that, but my mom does. My hair becomes so big, that I get stuck in doorways. True story.
I blame Posh for this epidemic.

This is not a great style on her. Her features are suited to either a very short pixie cut ala Audrey Heburn – play up her great eyes and mouth – or her long full hair. This do is pretty blah on her.

A lot of my friends and my hairstylist are trying to convince me to do the short cut. It does look good on me and I do like it, but because it’s so popular, I refuse. I don’t want to be another girl copping the “Posh”.

I thought Keira Knightley did the Posh, like, five years before her. ooh well. I think Anne is lucky that she’s pretty enough to get away with anything. She looks a little like the wife from “The Sixth Sense,” but Anne is still gorgeous. And hey, Hollywood teaches us that if we make a hair mistake, there are always remedies.

She’s dating a guy who has been accused of being an international financial scam artist. No wonder why she cut her hair, women often do that when they are worried.
Really, famous, powerful, and rich women should beware of people who court them, as many are only doing it for the sake of getting close to a person whom they can use…and some of those users are stalker types. This guy is nothing but a well groomed version of Kevin Federline, one with a wardrobe of 5,000 dollar European suits, and an Italian accent. Still, fine cloths and a romantic accent don’t make a good man…rather, they make an illusion of a good man.

Short hair IS trying to make a comeback. After 4 years of domination by long hair, more and more women seem to be turning to the short “do” in some sort of reaction. And, yeah… this is a bad thing. I understand women can get tired of a look after awhile but the bottom line is this… short hair looks good on very few women, you usually have to have an exceptionally pretty face to be able to pull off short hair.
Long hair generally looks better on a woman, it can frame the face making for a pleasing look, it can look devastatingly hot (something short hair can NEVER do). A long sexy hair do will turn a man’s head, short hair never will.
Ann looks terrible with short hair, her features are sort of exaggerated and her new do accentuates that… and not in a good way.
