All Charlie Sheen Wants for Christmas is to Post Bond

Charlie Sheen, apparently not feeling the Christmas spirit, has been arrested on felony domestic violence charges.

Oh, Charlie.

He was taken into custody Christmas morning after police responded to a 911 call at a home in Aspen; he was arrested for second-degree assault, felony menacing and a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief.

While Charlie should have been decking the halls, Charlie’s wife and the mother of his twins, Brooke Mueller, claims he decked HER.

Charlie has an $8,500 bond — a sum with which he frequently blows his nose — but must remain in jail until his first court appearance, which the Sheriff’s Department says is a standard procedure.

No other details are available, but I’m sure TMZ is currently working hard to bribe the right people for insider information, er… I mean, get to the bottom of this important matter.

This is not the first time Charlie’s been accused of violence against a woman.  In 1997 he pled no contest to charges of battery with porn star Brittany Ashland.  Not cool.  Not cool at all.  This is why Charlie should stick to blow-up dolls.

The bright side:  As you can see, he’s got one hell of a holiday card for next year!   Just precious.
